Angel Host offers revenue management and listing optimization services to individuals ("users") who own or manage properties listed on vacation rental platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO. Our services include dynamic pricing strategies, property listing optimization, and performance monitoring to maximize occupancy rates and revenue for our users.
User Responsibilities
By accessing or using Angel Host's services, you agree to fulfill certain responsibilities. This includes providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration, complying with all relevant laws and regulations governing short-term rental properties in your area, and ensuring the accuracy of your property listings on all platforms. You're also expected to maintain open communication with Angel Host, promptly respond to requests for information or feedback, and provide timely payment of any applicable fees. Additionally, safeguarding your account credentials and treating others with respect and professionalism are essential. Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in the suspension or termination of your access to Angel Host's services.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you grant Angel Host a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your property’s listing, including photos, images, and descriptions provided by you, for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes. This may include modifications to the content, such as adjustments for visual or marketing appeal. Angel Host will not use your name or personal information in any marketing materials without your prior consent.
Payments and Billing
By signing up for Angel Host's services, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected subscription plan. Payment is processed securely through our payment processor, Stripe, and we accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and others, depending on your location.
Upon signing up for our services, you will be enrolled in a free 1-month trial period, during which you will have access to our revenue management services at no cost. At the end of the trial period, if you wish to continue using our services, you will be required to provide payment information. Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis, on the first business day of each month, and are automatically charged to the payment method you have provided. You may update your payment information at any time by contacting our Help team.
In the event of a failed payment, Angel Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services until payment is successfully processed. All fees are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time or depending on your subscription plan, and cancellation will be effective at the end of the corresponding billing period. Cancellation and Termination
Angel Host reserves the right to cancel or terminate your registration to our services at any time and without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions or misuse of our services. In the event of cancellation or termination, you will no longer have access to our services. Angel Host will cease billing for future months; however, no refunds are applicable for fees already paid for the current month. The rates that were implemented by our algorithm prior to cancellation will remain in effect and Angel Host will not perform any further rate calculations or updates thereafter. You will have full control over your rates and will be able to adjust them as you see fit once our services are terminated. Angel Host shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our services.
Limitation of Liability
By using Angel Host's services, you agree that your use is at your sole risk. Angel Host, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.
While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, Angel Host does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, content, materials, or pricing rates provided through our services. Angel Host shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the information provided, nor for any actions taken in reliance on such information.
In no event shall Angel Host's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using our services during the six (6) months preceding the claim or cause of action.
You acknowledge that the content provided through our services may contain inaccuracies or errors, and it is your responsibility to verify any information before relying on it. Angel Host reserves the right to make changes to the content and services offered at any time without prior notice.
By using or accessing our services, you agree to release and hold harmless Angel Host, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of or in any way related to your use of our services, including but not limited to service interruptions, data inaccuracies, or other issues beyond Angel Host's control.
Angel Host is committed to delivering high-quality services and strives to create strong performance for its clients. While we make every effort to ensure the reliability and accuracy of our services, we cannot guarantee flawless performance or absolute error-free operation. However, Angel Host expressly disclaims any liability for claims arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct on its part. This limitation of liability extends to all aspects of our services and is intended to protect Angel Host from claims that exceed the scope of ordinary negligence.

Users are prohibited from modifying or altering Angel Host's trademarks or copyrighted materials in any way that could create confusion or misrepresentation. Angel Host's trademarks and copyrighted materials may only be used for non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise authorized in writing. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in legal consequences, including but not limited to cease and desist orders, monetary damages, and injunctive relief. Angel Host reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law to protect its brand integrity and reputation.
